Exchange policy
Exchanges within 3 days
If a saree isn’t right, tell us within 3 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed and have its tag and original packaging.
Wrong or damaged items
If you receive the wrong saree or one with a weaving fault we missed, we replace it free of charge or refund you in full.
How to request an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp or call with your order number and a photo. We arrange pickup from your address.
Refunds
If we accept a return, we settle the amount with you directly after we receive the saree.
